☑ Obtained all required subdivision approvals, ensuring that the most favorable terms are negotiated and that the approvals reflect current market demands and trends.
☑ Secured the most competitive development finance on the land owners behalf.
☑ Realised significant construction cost savings by identifying innovative engineering solutions and negotiating a competitive lump sum contract amount with the preferred contractor.
☑ Successfully developed and titled lots within required time frames. Coordinated the implementation of a successful sales and marketing campaign exceeding required sales targets.
